Join the LPPTA

We have made it easier than ever, with 2 simple ways to join! You can either 1) Submit your info online and pay via Paypal or 2) Print a registration form and mail it with a check. (If you would like to submit by mail and check, please see form and mailing instructions at the bottom of this page.)

If you sign up online, the annual membership fee is $20, which includes a nominal registration fee and automatic donation to our scholarship fund.  Should you choose to sign up by mail/check, dues are $18 (with an option to donate $2 to our scholarship fund, for a total of $20).

    If you prefer to mail your membership form, please download the application by clicking here, and mail it with your check for $18 (or $20, if you would like to make a $2 donation to the LPPTA Preschool Scholarship Fund) payable to the LPPTA. Checks should be mailed to:
